Want your motorcycle ride to mean something this weekend? Join Tousley's own Bill Bassett at the annual Ride for Kids, an annual motorcycle ride to raise money for children suffering from brain tumors.

Bill has been involved with the Ride for Kids since it came to Minnesota over two decades ago. He's a ride leader and passionate supporter of the fight against childhood cancer.

As the Ride Leader of this ride in MN for the last 21 years, this is a cause Bill truly believes in and supports with his own time and money!

Help Change the Odds

Pediatric brain cancer is one of the deadliest forms of childhood cancer. There are approximately 28,000 children in the U.S. living with a pediatric brain tumor, and 13 additional children are diagnosed every day.

Ride for Kids is a national series of motorcycle events that support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF). It raises awareness and funds for medical research and offers support to families impacted by pediatric brain tumors.

Join Team Tousley

Every year, a group of riders meet at Tousley Motorsports before the ride to arrive as a group and show Tousley's support for the cause. Tousley's Bill Basset will be there gather Team Tousley together and start the ride off right.

It doesn't matter what motorcycle you ride — all makes and models are welcome to attend. Plus this ride is one of the few that takes a scenic route along local streets, instead of being limited to the freeway. A police escort will ensure the ride breezes through any stoplights or stop signs along the route.

The ride starts at Jimmy's and onsite registration opens at 8 a.m — or you can register online at www.rideforkids.org.

We hope you'll join Team Tousley at Tousley Motorsports at 8:30 am. Bill will lead Team Tousley over to Jimmy's at 9 a.m. The Ride for Kids will leave Jimmy's at 10:30 a.m. sharp, rain or shine!

Suggested donation to ride is $40, although additional donations are welcome. Fundraising prizes include:

• Collectible T-shirt for $50 in donations
• Ride for Kids baseball cap for $300 in donations.
• And more.
