Here at Tousley Motorsports, we are proud to serve our community. We are excited to learn more about your organization and the request you are presenting. Please submit the Donation Request Form at least 45 days prior to the event.
Due to a high volume of donation requests and a limited budget, please know that we cannot guarantee every request can be met. We will reach out to the listed contact for donations that we are able to grant.
Contribution Guidelines
- All requests must be made using the Donations Request Form
- Consideration for sponsorships will be based on available funds
- Tousley Motorsports may make donations based on money, products, services, or volunteer support
- Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation
- Previously granted donations does not guarantee future donations
- We do not have representatives available to meet in-person to discuss the details of your donation request
Preference of requests given to:
- Customers of Tousley Motorsports
- Neighboring or local communities
The following requests will not be considered:
- Promotion of any political or religious organizations or events
- Donation requests to benefit an individual’s cause or a single family’s cause (Examples include: individual sponsorships for trips, sports, marathons, or political programs)
